Founded in 2015, MADEE is a Moroccan non-profit based in Agadir whose main goal is promoting Digital Equity and bridging the Digital Divide in Morocco through targeting underserved communities.
Through our initiatives, we strive to better people’s lives quality at distinct levels through getting them closer to the digital world.
One of the primary goals of MADEE that flows from its Mission and Vision statements is providing access for all to the digital world. This goal is also fully aligned with global and national mandates with regard to digital inclusion and bridging the digital divide.
If access projects create the hardware, projects in the programmatic area of Education & Empowerment provide the support needed to minimize information poverty and, hence, economic poverty.
One of the major goals that derives from MADEE’s Vision and Mission statements is to ensure that digital interventions solidify grassroots democracy, improve governance, bring efficiency in delivery of government services and give voice to the people.
